Portside Systems has a complete panel shop that is capable of building and testing industrial control panels large and small. As a standard, every panel that is built in our shop goes through a list of standard electrical tests to verify its integrity and functionality. Our shop is set up for holding factory acceptance testing to work through functional checks and customer demonstration.

Portside Systems also has the capability and experience to build mechanical fixtures out of 80/20 aluminum and sheet plastics (polypropylene and HDPE). We have built many scanner and camera fixtures for conveyor lines along with manufacturing cell elements and doors. We can take your concept and 3D model it, review its functionality, then build it. We are also partnered with multiple local machine shops to provide a full CNC machined part offering.
