Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description Portside Systems offers Remote System Alarms via SMS. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us at the mobile number provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Opt-In & Consent By providing your mobile number and completing the opt-in process (e.g., checking a box on our web form or texting a keyword), you expressly consent to receive text messages from us. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder’s permission to enroll.

3. Opt-Out Procedure You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text the keyword "STOP" to the number you received the message from. After you send the "STOP" message, we will send you a one-time confirmation reply. You will no longer receive further messages from that number unless you re-enroll.

4. Help & Support For support or assistance, text "HELP" to the number you received the message from, or contact us at [Support Email/Phone Number].

5. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

6. Supported Carriers The service is available on most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portside Systems will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our messaging service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
